Ah, the 90’s and 2000’s. A time when kids media tried to be edgy and family friendly at the same time.
That's because these Toy Companies were Aware that kids of the time were being exposed to edgy content on TV and Movies. Early 2000s was coming off the heels of Terminator, Jurrasic Park, Baywatch, Playboy, and other stuff. F uck dude, the WWF alone was Everything wrapped all in one. It was more Realistic to be edgy and family friendly, and it felt like you were Respected. I see the stuff kids grow up with now a day's and it's almost like these Companies expect everyone's kids to be Retarded.

That was a Good Childhood. Don't know how old you are now but I'm 34 so I was a Young Teen during 2001 and on, but I know you had a great childhood based on your Picture too. I was a Massive Fan of Sonic, and of Halo. I mean, I'm still a fan but I haven't bought any of that stuff as its way harder to buy games as an adult. I still remember the glatorian commercials that passed way ofthen on my favorite tv shows in my childhood, I would love to go back to those years where I've seen many Bionicle cannisters put on various shelves. I didn't gave Bionicle the recognition it deserved in my youth, I feel really bad that I didn't, and now there are only the ashes of what was their era from 2001 to 2009 I really want to get more sets of them... but the only thing I can find are the KO's from Hero Factory 2.0. Please someone who lives here in Perú tell me where I can find Bionicle figures
My undrealized dream from childhood: Bionicles animated series (with all model generations).
Bionicle will always be remember by me as fantastic toys and the starting point for my appreciation for storytelling. Both the official story of the franchise and the fan-made stories based around it.
